Didn't Love Your Purchase? No Worries! Here are the rules:
- Local pickup orders (full price) are eligible for returns 14 days from purchase
- Shipped orders (full price) are eligible for returns 14 days from delivery
- Include your name, order number, & item to be returned
- Leave the tags on and/or keep the original packaging. Keep the perfume, smoke, and animal hair OFF.
- Mail the item/s to 1808 W Gore Blvd Lawton, OK 73501. If you use local pickup, you can return to your local pickup location in a sealed packed with your name on it.
- We do not issue refunds for returns or handle exchanges. We only issue store credit.
- We do not pay for return shipping.
- If the item is damaged, we will refund your original payment. Please inspect your items within 3 days.
- Clearance items discounted 15% or more are not eligible for returns or exchanges (including discount codes). Additionally, items labeled *final sale in the title are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- We do not accept excessive returns.
- If we receive an item that is not eligible for returns, it is your responsiblity to pay return shipping.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office with your tracking number for assistance with lost packages. Many of our packages are shipped with insurance, and your post office will allow you to make a claim on the items.
- If you would like to exchange an item, we do not hold inventory for exchanges. When we receive your return, we will issue store credit. You can use that store credit to purchase another size or item.
